1. We sincerely want you to be happy with your Silver Sixpence tiara, and will gladly assist you in deciding on your perfect tiara. Just get in contact if you need further pictures (where available) or information on any of the tiara designs.
2. Our current delivery time can be anywhere between 1-4 weeks, depending on our workload. 3. If you require a tiara urgently, contact us and we may be able to accommodate a rush order. This is dependant on our workload at the time, and please note we may not always be able to do this. 4. Please contact us if you would like to change the design of your tiara, for example, crystal colour or height. Prices will vary depending on what you would like to change. 5. We work from a pattern to ensure variations are minimal, however as all of the tiaras are handmade, slight variations might be apparent. 6. Please contact us if you are purchasing multiple items - we may be able to offer you reduced postage. 7. We are more than happy to delivery worldwide. However, please contact us as postage will vary depending on where you live. Payment 1. Payment is required in full before your order can be processed. 2. If you change your mind about a purchase, return the item within 7 days, and we will refund you. We ask that you kindly contact us and explain what you are going to do beforehand. 2. Please note we cannot take an exchange on any item that has been customised or changed from the original standard design* in any way. 3. We cannot accept responsibility for items that become damaged in the post. We will however, repair any damages free of charge. 4. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if we suspect the item has been worn. 5. Postage cannot be refunded in the case of returns or exchanges. Privacy Policy 1.
